Do you know why we ask what color hair you have?

This is why - laser hair removal works by targeting pigment in the hair follicle. The energy from the laser is absorbed by darker pigment such as dark brown or black, which is what allows it to effectively treat those follicles and reduce hair growth overtime. 🤎

Blonde, gray and red hair do not contain enough pigment for the laser to “see”, which is why these colors fly under the radar and can’t be treated with laser hair removal. 💛
