Word of mouth is the best advertisement. I was fortunate enough to do a kitchen for a family, that had a "water leak" insurance claim last year here in ocala. We filled their order and they are very happy with their new kitchen. Well, fast foward to the end of Jan 2024. The guys mother was ready to do her kitchen down in key west. They looked around and the best deal they came up with was home depot "resurfacing" their cabinets to the tune of over 20 grand. But they had bigger problems than loose cabinet doors and failing drawer glides. Their tile floor had been installed over another tile floor and all of it was delaminating and becoming spongie. My client from Ocala reached out and said "man, it's really too bad you don't work in key west cause my mother really needs help." And my reply was, "what you should be asking yourself is why wouldn't i want to work in key west?!! Do we have a place to stay?" The answer was a resounding yes. So I ran right down that weekend and did a workup of the project. I told the owners a price that saved them enough money on their original estimates, that they were able to get all new appliances as well. We actually resolved their flooring issues the right way and gave them brand new cabinets, granite counter tops, paint, trim and several accessories. I fully custom built in a spice rack because mom is an amazing cook and needed something that organized her cooking experience. More drawers and more over all space with 42" upper wall cabinets replaced 30s. We demo'd on Saturday and completed it on the following Saturday...record remodeling time frames there. We completely enjoyed the entire key west experience and the customer is over the moon about her new kitchen. Always feel free to reach out.
