I get asked a lot on how to apply oils. This diagram from hellonatural.co has so far been the easiest to understand and the most informative. There is not just one location for most oils. There are multiple different application spots, but it all depends on how you feel it works best for you! Essential Oils are all about your body and your lifestyle!

Note: essential oils should not be used topically on children under 3 months. Ages 3-6 months should use caution and I only recommend heavily diluted versions of lavender, cedarwood or gentle baby. Anything else should be first consulted with your doctor. These bug sprays are not recommend for use under 6 months of age. Thank you.

Oils and Babies!
Did you know that your baby can benefit from Essential Oils right out the womb?! Birth can be very traumatic for babies, so using essential oils in your delivery room can benefit you both! You just need to know your facts!

Do:
Limit the amount of exposure your baby has to oils
Watch for any allergies to the aromas
Start with only diffusion
Be aware of certain oils (i.e. peppermint) are not suggested to be used around babies
All oils must be diluted properly, per age, for use topically

Do Not:
Do not apply oils directly to your child's skin until at least the age of 16
Do not apply oils topically on children younger than 6 months of age

What are some oil and baby questions you may have?

Mosquito and tick repellent is in the works! I have found a baby safe version, which was my main goal! Its going to take about 2-3 weeks to get the supplies I need for this product.
