Moms, I can't say this enough......if you want those crystal clear, perfect shots, you got to do your part, too.....HYDRATION, HYDRATION, AND MORE HYDRATION! 6-8 glasses of water a day, for at least 3 days prior to your appointment will give you the best chance of getting those beautiful images.
