• Cholesterol checks beginning at 17 and repeated every 4–6 years
• Diabetes screenings starting at 35, or earlier if you have risk factors
• Prostate cancer screenings typically around age 50 (earlier for high‑risk individuals)
• Colorectal cancer screenings beginning at 45 and repeated every 10 years
• Mental health screenings during annual checkups at any age
