The Gulf Coast real estate market continues to show steady growth! Here's what we're seeing across Hancock, Harrison, Jackson, George, Greene, Stone, and Pearl River Counties:
🏡 615 homes sold — up 1% from May 2025
💰 Average sales price: $259,000 — up 5% year-over-year
📅 70 average days on market — up slightly from last year
📈 2,405 active listings — giving buyers more options to choose from
