I completed Level 1 Reiki training today. What a beautiful experience to share with my dear friend 🧡 I'm looking forward to taking the next month to bond with my guides and develop my energetic flow. As we head into this festive holiday weekend, some loving and supportive reminders for all of us:

* Enjoy yourself. Laugh. Play. Be a kid again.
* Rest. Nap. Sleep in.
* Eat your favorite foods, wear the bikini, and dance like no one is watching. Your whole life is the special occasion. ✨️
* Be mindful of the fact that while we gather to celebrate this weekend, so many others around the world are not free to enjoy their lives. One way we can support those who are not free is to dedicate some time each day meditating for peace and freedom for those who are oppressed, enslaved, persecuted, or bombed. The mass effort of the people around the globe manifesting peace and freedom has powerful effects. You are not small, and your vibration matters ALOT. Let's join ours together to bring peace and hope to those who need it most.

*Also, fireworks are really bad for the environment. I hope one day we can come up with a more environmentally friendly way to celebrate freedom. Does anyone have a genius idea for eco-friendly fireworks??? Let's hear them! Comment below.
