I always say, “I go deeper than the muscles.”

And what’s deeper than the muscles? A story the body has been holding for years.
I’m listening to the body. I’m listening to the places that have been carrying, protecting, bracing, and holding far too long.

As I work, I may notice areas that feel energetically activated or “loud”. When that happens… I pause. I listen. I send Reiki. I become present with what the body is communicating. Because underneath the tension is often a deeper story.

And when the body feels heard, something begins to soften.
The muscles. The nervous system. The energy. The heart. The body.

And my role is to create a space where the body feels safe enough to soften on its own. Through intuitive touch, Reiki, and intentional presence, I follow the wisdom of the body.

Not a routine.
Not a protocol.

The body always leads the session.
