Rob Howard for Oceanside

Hello everybody,

I wanted to take a moment and thank everyone for their support of our campaign. Many of you walked, sent texts, made phone calls and donated. We reached thousands of Oceanside voters, listened to their concerns and discussed how we improve our communities. That work still needs to be done and I hope you are still interested in working with me on those improvements. We did not achieve our goal but that does not prevent us from doing the work.

My reason for running wasn't to be mayor. I ran to make a difference. I was not kidding when I said I love Oceanside and the people who live, work and play here. So, I will take a couple of days to rest then begin the process of prioritizing the work to make a difference. We will soon need your help to ensure the council appoints the right person to the seat vacated by Esther Sanchez. I hope you will be there with me because when we work together, we can make a difference.
