(I have a member who decided against the membership, and a year later one bad contract turned out to be a $10,000 mistake. She’s a member now. Unfortunately, that happens a lot.)

House sale:

“I was in the process of selling my home in Michigan and I was already living in Texas. About one week before the sale was to be completed, the buyer QUIT her job! Quicken Loans found out that she had no job and refused to give her a mortgage.

The buyer demanded that I give her the $5,000.00 deposit back and suggested we would find another way for her to buy my house. Meanwhile, she left me sitting with an empty house and she breached our contract, so I refused to pay her back the deposit.

So, she sued me. 😲
