Weightlifting team in North County San Diego. Training to become champions and make sure little Russian girls aren't stronger than us.
I know its been a bit since any news was discussed. Look for Squatmore to have a facility in late Feb/early March of 2017. Stay tuned for more info on the future of the team!
Jake (62kg) crushing a 96kg (212lb) sn**ch. He is set to compete at the Fortius Halloween meet in late October. He is sure to qualify for American Open and then 2017 Nationals.

Another gym in Sacramento, . Thank to Alan and Matt for having us. Did some back squats and revisited some strongman training. Great strongman/power lifting gym. They are set to do a team strongman competition in Anaheim August 27th.
