As HTM Week continues, we’re shining the spotlight on Doug Schneider Schneider, a rising star at ZRG Medical Medical.

Doug joined us through the MiraCosta College Biomed Program, completed his internship at ZRG, and over his three years here, has become a valued team member. He’s now hands-on in all aspects of our equipment service — from testing and troubleshooting to repairs and quality checks.

Doug is a member of the California Medical Instrumentation Association regularly attends meetings. He is passionate about learning, growing, and contributing to the HTM community. Whether he’s working on infusion pumps or patient monitors, Doug brings consistency, precision, and a team-first attitude.

We’re lucky to have Doug on board — and we can’t wait to see where his HTM journey takes him.
