This group session is available to anyone affected by the LA Fires. Whether you lost your home, know someone who has or are feeling the weight of what has happened in your city and community this session is available to you for free.

The session will be done via email at 10am on Wednesday, Jan 29th. You do not have to attend or stop what you are doing during this time. But feel free to take some quiet time, listen to some nice music and feel the releases in your body if you are able to.

A full report and voice note will be emailed to everyone after the sessions completely.
