🌱 Plant Oil Cheatsheet. Great post by @healthwithcory for more tips! 🌿    1️⃣ Peppermint oil for tension headaches has been shown to be helpful, because it contains menthol. Make sure to always use a carrier oil when applying topically to the skin.( PMID: 27106030 )    2️⃣ Tea tree oil has shown to be helpful in mild to moderate acne and pimples. Again make sure to dilute the oil before applying. ( PMID: 27000386 ) 3️⃣ Rosemary oil for hair loss is shown to be helpful when applied topically to the scalp. Make sure to mix with carrier oil or your shampoo. ( PMID: 25842469 ) 4️⃣ Orange oil has been shown to be very helpful when cleaning, polishing furniture, degreasing, and even as an anti-duster. It can be used on many surfaces, including wood, windows, and kitchen counters. Orange oil can also be used to remove stains, odors, and mold. 5️⃣ Sage has been shown to be helpful when inhaling. Since you want to breathe this in for the benefits of relaxation, you can either smell from the bottle (safely) or drop a few drops into a diffuser. ( PMID: 23360656 ) 6️⃣ Chamomile can come in Roman or German types and German seems to be more helpful if you can find it. You can add this to hot water or tea for easy use.
