Flex One Trinity

Any chance I get to escape the flat lands of FL, I bring my hiking boots. Enjoyed some crisp fresh air, sunshine and an ass-kicker of a workout on these 2 hikes in Phoenix 💪

Officially went independent and opened my Trinity studio in August 2008. Anyone who has owned a small business will tell you how tough it can be financially, there were a handful of times along this journey where I thought I’d have to close up shop.

Luckily I was able to stick out it because being able to help all of the clients who have come my way over the years has been more rewarding than I could ever have imagined.

Big thanks go out to all of the trainers who have worked alongside me over the years and even bigger thanks to all of the clients who have put their trust in me to aid them in becoming stronger, healthier versions of themselves.

Here’s to 16 more years 💪
