Going through my portfolio of machine architecture. Here are some hand-drawn sketches of the epic Waterline Renewal Technologies lightray. I sketched the showroom and showcased the hand-drawn LR3 in the room as well. The production version of lightray has a blue hose but it was fun to give it different looks after I reverse engineered the machine

Here’s what goes into making one of our machine models. I try and reverse engineer the machine from each nut and bolt outward. Once I have a model I can animate it or use in in graphics and elements for website and print media. I develop a 3D mesh / wireframe and cross reference it to the photos of the actual machine. More work today on the bi-directional manhole spincaster by APM and LMK looking good in the coating shots

I’ve finished the machine modeling for the Perma-Liner APM spincasters . These were created from two reference images and hard-surface modeled by us. Now my next goal is to animate these bad boys to show the application of coatings in various scenarios. These things help sell the products. I made my renderings look like photographs. #

I referenced the real life image and came up with my recreation of the Top Gun with a few mods. I added under deck storage bays and a more tubular construction with a 1/4 bevel on all the main frame steel.

From concept to reality. This is one of our fantastic clients. They put their trust in us to design this sweet Mercedes rig. We modeled the rig in 3D and made the design. The print shop exceeded our expectation and brought our creations to life. That’s one good lookin work truck. First photos are real vehicle. Last ones are the renderings. I’d say it’s a damn good match.

The real thing is coming out just as good as our renderings. Loving it. We make work trucks beautiful so they. An sell more jobs.

I’m so proud of this project. I developed a virtual ISUZU NPR to apply our wrap artwork onto. First 2 photos are renders, last 3 are actual. This is an 18ft box with our All-American theme in light tones. The real thing came out just as good as our renders and the customer can really get a view of how it will look before they spend thousands on an install.
