Our ideal candidate will have the following:
• Experience with preparing purchase orders and bid requests.

• Be detail oriented and have the ability to work independently.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Have very strong communications skills.

Chartwell staffing is currently hiring for a Testing Technician Position. We are looking for a semi entry-level person (we’d prefer a year or two of related technical experience). The wage would be around $13-$15 per hour depending on experience. It would primarily be on the lower end of that unless they came in with some impressive experience. The hours would primarily be 6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday, with an occasional shorter day on Friday.

The primary responsibilities would be:
• To perform functional testing and inspection on a wide variety of PCBAs (printed circuit board assemblies)
• Provide board level expertise for circuit board diagnostics to the component level, identify the failed component for procurement, replace and test.
• Perform repetitive testing with good hand dexterity while following detailed test procedures.
• Maintain accurate test records.
• Additional tasks as assigned by management.

There will also be an attention to detail test done prior to interviewing.

Chartwell Staffing is currently hiring for Production Operators for a Vitamin Supplement company in Ogden. Employee is responsible for the manufacturing/packaging of nutritional products. Pay will range from $11.50 - $12.50 depending on shift and position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Will assist operators in loading blenders and baskets with verified product, weights and document them in batch records
• Have basic knowledge of GMPs
• Load machines and dispose of garbage while product is being processed.
• Be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Basic knowledge of how to properly use production scales (gross, tare, net)
• Have a working knowledge of sifters, screens, mills and scoops.
• Know how to identify materials by item number identification, lot numbers and label descriptions
• Basic knowledge of warehouses such as finding ingredients/products and material placement
• Understands the procedures for proper handling of allergens and organic materials to prevent cross-contamination
• Able to perform necessary testing procedures for particle size, moisture analysis, tap and bulk densities.
• Verify production rooms and equipment are properly cleaned and room/equipment logs are up to date.
• Understand the proper procedures for packaging, boxes, bags, totes, liners, seals and labeling.
• Prep all packaging materials. Once packaged employee will discharge into specific packaging containers, seal and palletize.
• Must have knowledge of the location and use of Material Safety Data Sheets
• Equipment and room must be fully cleaned with water to decontaminate before next run. The possibility of getting wet while cleaning.
Equipment and Medical Clearance:
• Powder/Dust in excessive amounts – Respirator use required
• Will be required to pass a physical, audiogram, vision and Pulmonary Function test

Requirements:
• High School/GED
• Food Handlers Permit

Chartwell Staffing is looking for Machinists for an Ogden Employer. This is a temporary position that will last 6 months to 1 year with possibility of being hired on depending on performance. Hours at 8am-4pm M-F (there may be some OT available).

Chartwell Staffing currently has several openings with an Employer located in Ogden BDO doing packaging and bottling. Work hours are 7am-3:30am Monday -Thursday. Must have good communication skills and able to do basic math.

Requirements:
• Able to lift 40 lbs
• Comfortable standing ALL day
• Must work well with others
• Willing to work on the production line as well as doing kitting
• Must pass background check (7 years)
• Must pass drug screen
