Diamond in the Ruff

Dinner time routines and rules are really important in maintaining good behavior during feeding time. My dogs are fed once a day, so they are very excited for dinner. They know the rules, 1. They must sit to get dinner (whoever sits first and most calmly is fed first), 2. If they growl at another dog, their food gets temporarily taken away, 3. They don’t get to eat food from another dog’s dish unless I give it to them, 4. They all rest (have crate time) after dinner- especially the big dogs.

I don’t consider myself an influencer at all, but I do want to show that raising pups isn’t all about puppy cuddles! It is A LOT of time and effort. Multiple clean ups a day, multiple feedings, multiple baths, grooming, etc. All to raise well-rounded pups! All the hard work, is actually very intentional. 💜
