🥹All I knew when I started was I just wanted to FEEL better. I knew I WANTED to have more energy. I felt like it was going to take forever...and sometimes that would stop me. But I knew I had to get started if I wanted something different.🥹⁣

🔥So, I started with 𝟯𝟬 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀⁣
🔥5 lbs at a time.⁣
🔥Small steps at a time.⁣

⭐️⭐️Before I knew it, I was gaining momentum, gaining more motivation.🎉🎉⁣

There were more days where I was excited to exercise because I started to FEEL good. 🙌⁣

I got excited to try new foods and new routines because I FELT GOOD, I STARTED TO GET MORE ENERGY. I started to feel happier. 🤩👏⁣
And I was losing weight...and keeping it off.🥳🎉⁣

No more yo-yo dieting. No more losing 5 lbs, gaining it back over and over again. I was finally starting to KEEP IT OFF.🎊🎉⁣

Fast Forward 15 years, I'm doing bikini fitness competitions. I'm in better shape & have more energy now than back in my 20’s!!! 🤩🥰⁣

🔥𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀?!?🔥⁣

We are officially halfway through the year. I used to hate setting New Year's Goals. I would always forget my goals by this time of the year. Anyone else? ⁣

So I started doing things in 90 Day Increments. I call these 90 Day Targets. ⁣

𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘀 instead of Goals. Changing the word to TARGET made it seem more real - instead of just a dream, it's something I'm consistently working for and focused on the action steps.⁣

Here's how to create something specific and right now is the perfect time to RESET and FOCUS on what you want AGAIN. ⁣

So long as your Targets are 𝗦.𝗠.𝗔.𝗥.𝗧, you will be able to keep working on it...until you hit it. Here's how: ⁣

S: Specific⁣
M: Measurable⁣
A: Achievable Actions⁣
R: Relevant⁣
T: Time Bound⁣

🔥𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰⁣
✅ I want to do 10 unassisted pullups! (This is more specific than “I want to get stronger.)⁣

🔥𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲⁣
✅ I want to lose 10 pounds and/or drop a pant size. (This gives us clarity and a vision!)⁣

🔥𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀⁣
✅ I am going to workout at least 5x a week, every week.⁣
(Focus on the actions, the results will come)⁣

🔥𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁⁣
✅ I am going to WATCH my carb & portion intake so I can have energy, get stronger, not go overboard, and live a healthier lifestyle. (Cutting out all carbs is not sustainable, extreme, and also unnecessary.)⁣

🔥𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱⁣
✅ I am going to aim to lose 10-15lbs in 12 weeks. (That's an average of 1 pound per week, which is healthy and sustainable!)⁣

Make sure you are setting yourself up for success to hit your 90-Day Targets. ⁣
