Hello world. I did a thing today. One of those things that’s scary, outside my comfort zone, edgy kind of things. A BIG thing. One that made me question all the things. I’ve learned that this is exactly where I want to be. It’s where growth lives and more of ‘me.’ As a person who thrives on questions, navigating to a place that leaves me questioning is beautiful, humbling, and just... weird. In all the best ways. I launched my live radio show: Everyday Joy with . I’ll be chatting about joy every Monday at 10 am MST. Making the choice to show up and create what you want in the world is a big deal. Being imperfect and showing up anyway = big deal. It feels like a lot and easy at the same time. Paradox and nuance, you know, all the things. It’s practice wrapped up in accountability, tied with the bow of potential. I continually ask myself what do I want to say and contribute to the world? What comes up time after time is: Joy.
