✨ Meet Your Saturday Backyard Yoga Instructor: Summer! ✨

Summer has been practicing yoga for over 12 years, and her personal journey inspired her to complete her 200-hour yoga teacher training this year. She is passionate about sharing the healing power of yoga and creating a space where others can reconnect with themselves through movement, mindfulness, and breath.

In addition to being a yoga instructor, Summer is a certified life coach who helps women navigate midlife by fostering deeper self-connection and intentional living. Her classes are rooted in Katonah and Hatha yoga, often weaving together meaningful stories and metaphors to create a thoughtful, grounding experience.

As a brand-new teacher, Summer is excited to grow alongside her students, so bring an open heart and a little grace as you practice together. 💛

When she’s not on the mat, you’ll find her paddleboarding, hiking, reading, or crocheting—with an iced chai always close by. 🧋
