Yesterday, Senator Gillibrand (NY) claimed a small victory in getting the DOD/IC to commit to fully fund the effort to uncover the UAP mystery. In fact, AARO was established eight months ago and has been hobbled by lack of funds to perform their duties under the NDAAs of 2022 and 2023.
For example, when I was interviewed by AARO on February 15, they did not have the NDA I had signed in 1967 and they indicated they might have difficulty retrieving it and other information from the Air Force.
There was also supposed to be a Science Plan for the purpose of acquiring data on UAP. When will that be presented to the public?
Other tasks pending include, a (GAO) Comptroller General review. A key question: Will they be reviewing secret back-engineering programs such as those discussed in the Wilson/Davis Memo? If it can be established that these programs have been on-going, there are there are established rules for contractors that can be used to uncover those secrets.
And, the most key of questions: Has there been a generational coverup of the UAP by various agencies, such as the Malmstrom AFB incidents?
Here is the link to Part Two of six papers UAPAC wrote in "For the People - Challenges Investigating the UAP."
This press release was just approved and distributed.
