Signing off tonight with a lot of feelings….hard to put it all into words. So here are a few pictures. A parent from the Living Theater company drove by when I was hanging the banner for An Enemy of the People and called it “history in the making” - I pause and realize that it’s true. We launched Living Theater with the intention of connecting young artists with acting craft, classical training while introducing them to theatrical works they had not come across before. Now they are preparing to bring you Henrik Ibsen’s 1882 Classic, An Enemy of the People. A group of 19 youth from the Valley across 7 different schools between the ages of 13-17 are pouring themselves into dramatic material that would pose to be a challenge even for adults. I couldn’t be more proud of the journey they have been on and am thrilled that we get to share it in our community. Come cheer them on and see a new dimension of these young artists. Thank you 🙏🏽
