Plant dyed silks are alive! A beautiful seamstress I just met that I went with a client-friend to oversee the fitting of some pieces spoke about silk having a living energy. She was super fascinated by the fact that we have been able to get such seamless color using only botanical elements and that we’ve made this commitment from the start of conception, 14 years ago! We contemplated upon the layers of aliveness at play in an otherwise “simple” slip dress and long sleeved kaftan. And it is truly undeniable, our customers and appreciators have the ability to see deeper, to feel the intention present from the start, an unwavering commitment and the labor of love and authenticity. It’s so humbling to be a carrier of this frequency of conscious creation.
And somehow the metaphors line up with this beautiful pregnant dear sister friend of ours. We cannot wait to meet this beautiful offering to this earth!
