Healing Transformations

Spirit guided Debra to focus today on the care that we receive from our Higher Power, and then to consider what attitude we carry with us as we lead our lives. When we remember that the Infinite very intimately LOVES us, we feel safer in our own skin. And when we feel safe, we create an energy field around us that invites others into that deep level of comfort. This soft, gentle energy field also exudes the message -- handle with care. Ultimately, leading with care means beginning from a space of LOVE -- both love for yourself, and loving others enough to be vulnerable with them.

Debra often mentions the One Presence "moving In, Through, and As me," but what does that mean exactly? And how can we participate in the process and more fully express the Infinite in our daily lives? This meditation brings us to a deeper understanding of it. Debra, as a psychic medium, has channeled many, many 'people' who have released their human lives (died). These beings have given her a unique perspective of how the spirit world interacts with and is present in our daily lives. Indeed, God is not separate from us in any way. When we focus on our spirituality ~ our own divine nature ~ we bring it forth more fully.
