We are looking for a couple more people to add to our team that are hungry and motivated. You will be locating vacant, run down homes as well as homes that are for sale by owner. You will take a picture of the house in our app and it will upload to our system so we can contact them to purchase their property. This will need to be done during daylight hours. We will pay $500 per house that we buy. We don't have a limit as to how many we can buy as long as the numbers work. You will be paid ONLY when the house closes.

Must have reliable transportation and cell phone.

This can be done Full-Time or Part-Time.
