Just an fyi, if anyone knows someone thinking of selling watch out for the cash scam people. Prices are much higher than they are offering you as a quick no hassle sale. They try to tell you what your property is worth . They are a joke it is you or someone knows falls for this they could loose quite a bit ! Please tell them to call a realtor for a true marker analysis! I am always here to help and it’s sad that people fall for this and believe these scam artists .

I will give two dozen !!! Or a year supply of toilet paper . It’s probably the same !! Lol
