Attention, parents: Tomorrow morning at 10am, we're bringing back the Puppy Pals Reading Program! Young children who are learning to read will have the opportunity to sit and read to a trained therapy dog, courtesy of Project PUP-Pets Uplifting People.

Sign-ups are in the link below. Each timeslot is 15 minutes long, with a total of 16 timeslots available, one slot per child. As of this writing, the following slots are still available:

#13-15 (10:45am)

Children are invited to bring along their favorite book to read, or may pick any book from the Children’s Library collection. Hope to see you there!

Puppy Pals Reading Program Presented by Project PUP, this program helps young readers gain confidence by practicing their reading skills on trained therapy dogs.

It’s time to get crafty! This week we’re making… winter animal sticker crafts! Stop by the Children’s desk to pick up everything you’ll need, then be sure to show us a picture of your craft in the comments… we’d love to see what you create! (For kids 12 and under; one craft per child, available while supplies last.)
