The DOers Project

My initial thought was in order to open our page to the public, we need a pretty and polished page rather than a raw, work in progress one. Then I had a light bulb moment this morning.

The DOers Project is a work in progress. The transitional aged youth we are here to serve are works in progress. The community we are in is a work in progress.

"Strong communities grow stronger futures." Our goal, with help from our community, is to assist and empower our transitional aged youth to be themselves and grow strong in their own skin, so that they in turn become productive in building a stronger community.

The first step is to lead by example, to be us. The DOers Project is just starting. The reality is we are on a marathon journey that will take time to see results and along the way, we will have successes and lessons learned (not failures), bright skies and rainy days. And you are invited to walk with us and help us grow!
