Olean Meditation Center

Yoga teachers Kimberly LaMendola and Betsy Afton welcomed students from Mrs. FIljones classes at Olean High School for a morning of yoga, mindfulness, and a sound bath. This workshop kicks off their next segment in Psychology on stress management.

For International Labyrinth Day on Saturday, Kim LaMendola led a labyrinth walk after the Mindful Morning program. Our 75-foot labyrinth is open to public - check it out!
