It appears that my husband, Dave, has been so busy helping customers with projects over the last few months that he may have forgotten how to create a Facebook post. 😜

Case in point...

📸 The photo attached is what happens when you've been working your tail off. After a long day of projects, estimates, phone calls, and making things happen, apparently the couch won. 😂

The good news? Business has been keeping him busy.

The bad news? You haven't gotten to see all the amazing projects he's been working on lately because he hasn't posted any of them!

I wrote 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 for the person who keeps having that quiet thought:

✔️ Even when you’re successful.

✔️ Even when you’ve checked all the “right” boxes.

𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗜’𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲.

Permission Granted is part personal story, part practical strategy 𝗔𝗡𝗗 a whole lot of honest truth about what it takes to stop living on autopilot and start building a life that actually feels like yours.

Okay… it’s been a few days since our Pages to Progress Book Club Celebration…
and I’ve been sitting with something.

During the event, we were taking group photos…
and at one point, the ladies wanted to do a fun one where they were holding me up -
me front and center.

And I resisted.

Which… if you know me… is a little surprising 😅
Because.....I LOVE photos. I LOVE fun moments like that.

Even my photographer made a comment like,
“Wait… what? You don’t want to do this one?” 😂

And at the time, I couldn’t fully explain it…
I just knew my energy felt off.

So I let myself sit with it.

And now?

I get it.

Because yes…
I created Pages to Progress.
I wrote Permission Granted.
I built the Clarity Cues Workbook.

But this?

This was never about me.

Not the book club.
Not the celebration.

It was about THEM.

Each woman who said yes to herself.
Each woman who showed up.
Each woman who did the work.
Each woman who stepped into HER.

And what I witnessed?

Was women becoming the version of themselves they’ve been craving.

Not someday.
Not “one day when…”

But right now.

👉 Her future self… becoming her current self.

THAT is what deserved to be front and center.

THAT is what I was there to celebrate.

And in that moment…
being lifted up didn’t feel aligned.

Because the spotlight?

It belonged to them. 💗

And honestly…
there is nothing more beautiful than watching women rise into who they’re meant to be.

That’s the magic.

That’s the why.

And THAT is what this will always be about. 🔥✨

Grateful for an incredible event last night at Professional Remodeling Organization of Nebraska and Iowa Annual Awards party!
And being able to celebrate the evening with some of the amazing people Dave works with daily (and their spouses) and a new connection who Jodi just met a few weeks ago!
