Construction Branch Manager

Overview
Located in Des Moines, IA with over 20 years of experience, Canopy Holdings is looking to add a talented and dedicated General Manager with roofing, construction, and home restoration experience. As General Manager, you will be a true operating partner in to the business; responsible for the growth and success of your market and team. You will build a first-class team that lives and breathes our company culture, and relentlessly focuses on customer service.

The Position
Oversee the hiring, development, and organization of your market’s sales and production teams
Execute sales training and orientation for new hires
Oversee and guide day-to-day sales and production operations
Conduct coaching conversations and performance reviews to ensure sales reps/managers are on track to deliver monthly and quarterly sales
Analyze sales and forecast reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and product offerings
Communicate with Marketing team to optimize lead generation and flow through to your sales team
Establish and maintain key customer relationships
Supervise total construction effort to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with design, budget, and schedule
The Requirements
Experience working in roofing, construction or home services is required
Experience building and managing a team is required
Familiar with Google Suite, CRM and chat systems is preferred
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check is required
A valid US driver’s license is required
