2025 rewind! 📸

Looking back on a year full of big moments, shared growth, and a whole lot of teamwork. We couldn’t have done any of it without this incredible crew — thank you to everyone who made it such a great one. 💙

2 – January kicked things off with our first-ever traveling Workshop Week out of the country (hello, Cancun!).

3 – February = our 4th birthday. Older, wiser, hotter, brighter.

4 – March brought one of our best Monday Fundays yet: pizza-making with friends at in .

5 – Q2 Workshop Week came fast, with time for personal and professional growth at the .

6 – The Tres Amigas made their debut on our internal podcast, Talkshop, and the episode became a top listen of 2025.

7 – In May, we officially found the capacity limit of The Cube (our All Hands space).

8 – June marked a fresh take on W’s at All Hands, with our one and only Mayela.

9 – July was packed, thanks to Workshop Week at .

10 – We welcomed four customers to learn directly from them and make our platform even better.

11 – Plus, our annual Open House brought together community, friends, and families.

12 – Including the most epic game of musical chairs to date…

13 – Rooftop jam sessions at the …

14 – And a champagne-sabering finale for all the hard work that got us there.

15 – August called for more celebrating — so we rang the bell at . 🔔

16 – September marked year two of BrightSide, our external-facing conference. Our marketing team crushed it (again).

17 – BrightSide had a new venue and fresh energy from the team that put it on.

18 – October brought a huge milestone: 100 employees for our Q4 Workshop Week at .

19 – In November, our first-ever Waypoints cohort graduated — yay learning! 🎓

20 – And we wrapped up the year the Workshop way: a gingerbread house competition filled with creative, driven, optimistic Workshoppers. 🏠✨

We can’t imagine it any other way. We love our community, working with incredible people along the way!

Our quarterly, all-company off-sites are a core part of how we reset, realign, and re-energize and last week’s Workshop Week brought all of that... plus a few sharks! 🦈

Most of our team is based in Omaha, but remote folks flew in from across the country — one Workshopper even traveled more than 30 hours to join us IRL.

This quarter’s theme was hackathon, Shark Tank–style. So naturally, our leadership team showed up in full shark costumes. After a day of pitches, the rest of the week was all about building: scrappy, high-impact ideas to improve internal processes and our product — all with AI as the foundation.

It’s fast-paced, collaborative, and one of our favorite ways to bring our values to life.

What’s TalkShop? 🎙️

It’s our internal podcast made just for Workshoppers—a way to stay in the loop and feel more connected to what’s happening across the company. It covers everything from strategic projects to inside jokes.

Each episode brings two or more Workshoppers together to “talk shop” about the work they do, why it matters, and how it all fits into the bigger picture.
