Yesterday my attorneys filed a 8.1 million dollar 49 page federal lawsuit against Don Kleine, Douglas County and the city of Omaha on 8 different counts ranging fron civil conspiracy, false arrest and violation of my constitution rights.

After being the target of a 4 year long attack from the various political figures of 4 different life ending felony charges, all which I was exonerated from, I had finally had enough and had to go on the offensive. The Douglas County attorney’s office and the Onaha police department has destroyed my businesses, non profit to help teens in North Omaha and my reputation within the state.

Multiple national news outlets have reached out to me for me to share my story but not a SINGLE local news media outlet has reached out…. The national news stories should be coming within the week or so. Also a production company is working on a HUGE documentary on everything that I have gon through as an outspoken African-American male in the city of Omaha.
