Yesterday, we had the honor of joining another local CrossFit community to rally behind one of Crossfit’s own.
A mother of six incredible daughters in our school and wrestling community is currently fighting for her life. Lacey recently endured multiple strokes, blood clots, a heart attack, had a stent placed—to an unfortunate cancer diagnosis.
She is a proud member of another local CrossFit gym, and seeing our communities come together in her support is what this movement is truly about. CrossFit isn’t just fitness—it’s family. It’s people showing up, lifting each other up, and carrying one another through the hardest fights.
