I was honored to help Louise celebrate her 94th birthday after strength class today! Louise is an inspiration to all of us. She walks to and from her apartment to the club house and never misses class. She can squat, lunge, and do a pretty impressive jumping jack. I regularly hear Louise exclaim “oh that was a good one!” Be like Louise🏋️💪❤️
