I, like some of you, was skeptical of a car concierge service at first. I have bought cars before, and I’m comfortable doing so. It isn’t an enjoyable experience to bargain with car salespeople, but I can navigate my way through it. I’m a railroad employee, so my time off is extremely valuable to me. I thought, if someone can save me time AND get me a good deal, I’d be interested. After a phone call with Ben, he answered all of my questions and concerns. I believed he could save me more than he charged, especially since I was purchasing a Honda – a brand Ben used to manage sales for. I’m glad I gave him the chance, because this was the simplest, best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Not only did he get me a price that was better than the 0% range of TrueCar, he got me more than I thought was possible on my trade-in. I didn’t spend any time talking to dealerships. I spent the afternoon downtown enjoying time with my family while Ben handled everything for me, and when it came time to sign papers, I spent about 10 minutes at the salesperson’s desk before I was in my new car. Ben kept good on his promise to save me time and money. The dealerships were all trying to sell off their 2018 inventory, but I wanted the refinements made to the 2019 model. Ben was able to negotiate a great deal on a 2019 Pilot coming straight from the assembly plant during the 2018 summer clearance. I wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. You will not be disappointed!

Hey EVERYONE, most Car Dealerships close at 9pm Monday thru Thursday, 6pm Friday and Saturday’s, and most of the time closed on Sunday’s. But!!!! A lot of stores are closed on Sunday’s. I just got a phone call late this afternoon and just about 5 minutes ago from two of my dealers that off track big time right now to hit their month end quotas and asked me if I could help.
