A quick look inside the Child Savings Institute of Omaha on Dodge. Loved the tile work behind our Murdock electric water cooler on the main level and second floor. We’re also helping them stay hands free in their restrooms with our Sloan EAF-250 faucets and ESD-2000 soap dispensers. Not pictured the facility is using our Sloan 111/186-SFSM side mount operated flushometers with true mechanical override.

We provided start-up for another Controls BASyC digital mixing valve installed and consistently providing 120F domestic water at OrthoNebraska’s new office on 180th and Maple in Omaha. The return line is being circulated by our Taco 0034e stainless steel circ and operation is controlled by return temperature sensors.

Last week we kicked off training for what will be the largest Niron installation ever completed in Nebraska — a nearly $4M scope for the new state penitentiary in Lincoln.

Niron All-Pro pre-insulated and Clima PP-RCT piping systems will deliver heating hot water, chilled water, and domestic water throughout the entire facility, with pipe sizes ranging from 1-1/2” up to 10”.

Big news! We’re nearly doubling the size of our warehouse. It’s a work in progress, but thankfully the days of unpacking & repacking the warehouse each day are over for our team. This additional space will allow us to stock additional product, stage orders for streamlined customer pick-up, and be more efficient. We’ve been talking about this for 10+ years and it’s really cool to see it become a reality!!
