The Empowerment Network is partnering with the City of Omaha Mayor's Office to support people who work on preventing, reducing, or stopping violence in our community.

The Network will use federal grant funding to issue up to six (6) scholarships in 2024 to fund the travel and registration fees for recipients to attend either the Gifford's Center for Violence Intervention Community Violence Intervention Conference or the Cities United Convening.

If you are engaged in violence intervention, interruption, or street outreach in the City of Omaha, we invite you complete the linked application no later than 4:00 pm on Tuesday, March 5, 2024.
