A golf cake for Father’s Day. As I poked each of the “divots” in the chocolate “golf balls,” I knew my dad would say I shouldn’t have done all that work for him. I was right. He wasn’t. 😁

My favorite cake to make: dark chocolate espresso cake with espresso Swiss meringue buttercream & chocolate ganache drip. This was just about a year ago for my husband’s birthday.
