Here's an update about the online game schedule!

We will be locking the game schedule on Monday July 15th and transitioning to our traditional pen-and-paper system during the weekend of the convention.

Why do we do this?

Because for one, not everyone has or wants to use the internet to sign up for board games, and we respect that.

For two, we have received a ton of feedback that our guests really like our "table of games" sign up sheet process because it allows them to see at a glance what games are available, full up, and then to take that sign up sheet with them to the table when it's time for the game to begin. That whole system breaks down if people are adding stuff to the online schedule after we've already started printing.

So before you send that Facebook messaging asking us why we've closed game submissions - this is why! Don't worry, the pen-and-paper system hasn't failed us yet!
