This Pride Month, we're thinking about what it means to be seen.
So much of reentry comes down to belonging, to walking into a room and knowing you have a place in it. For LGBTQ+ folks who've moved through the justice system, that belonging can be harder to come by.
Our work is rooted in withness: walking alongside people for personal and community betterment. It means meeting people where they're at in a current moment with empathy, encouragement, and altruism. It means creating spaces where people are seen, valued, and supported as they rebuild their lives as their full self.
To everyone celebrating this month, we see you and we're with you.
