Why a year of service? Take a chance to expand horizons, get some work experience, and make a difference in the community! LSC volunteers receive housing, insurance, a monthly stipend, and amazing connections to the Omaha community from mentors and service placements. As a past volunteer said “Seeing the folks dedicated to transforming their own community from the ground up made me optimistic about the role future LSC volunteers will play in creating a better Omaha.”
