Newly completed project: Built-in wood paneled walls with cleverly hidden cabinets animate and add personality to a generically modern townhouse owned by two graphic designers. Flat shiplap boards give way to shaped timbers that appear to gradually rotate towards corners or other inflection points on the surface. . 2. They give immediate movement to the layout of the room
In this example, a wooden structure furnishes half of the room and aims to make the function of each area clearer. The sense of movement does not weigh down the room thanks to the white present on the walls and the large lacquered dining table.
