Did anyone else feel that time change today? 🙃
Every time daylight savings hits, I’m reminded how sensitive our bodies actually are to small shifts in routine.
Just losing one hour can throw off:
• sleep patterns
• energy levels
• mood
• focus
Our bodies run on rhythms and when those rhythms shift, it can take a few days to recalibrate.
One thing that’s helped me over the years is being more intentional during transitions like this:
• drinking more water
• getting sunlight early in the day
• supporting my body with good nutrition
• giving myself a little extra grace while my sleep adjusts

But seriously….if you eat meat/fish, eat vegetables, have pets, walk barefoot outside, drink water, you have parasites and they are taking a toll on your health & vitality. 🪱
