Oops forgot to get before pictures again!
This was 2 separate rooms, the kitchen was existing. We took out a wall and a chimney that separated the 2 rooms, and added a fake beam to cover where the wall was, and run electrical through. Repaired kitchen ceiling in the kitchen, however the dining room had a very unique design, with sparkle so we made sure not to touch that ceiling. Added a peninsula, new floors, and moved some existing cabinets for an open concept in an early 1900s home!

One of the larger projects we did last summer!
We sheathed this entire house, moved doors, windows, re-shaped walls, and added a porch. We did the siding, soffit, facia, and the windows that we didn’t replace we removed and re-installed correctly. Which truly transformed this house, from the worst looking house on the street, to the best looking house on the street!

Quick bathroom we did in a 200 year old farm house!
