A pork chop that will quite literally melt in your mouth

New pizza with spinach, potato, rosemary and ricotta
Roasted eggplant appetizer
Wood-fired eggplant, plated over a key-lime whipped yogurt, topped with za'atar spiced peanut and pistachio gremolata. Really simple, really delicious. Vegetarians rejoice!
