Cooperstown Baseball Rentals

WEEK 2 CASV or WEEK 3 DREAMS PARK - June 7-13 - We have our TEAM ELM location available. Sleeps up to 24 guests in 5 separate, fully contained units. Each unit has it's own bathroom, kitchen, living area and 1 to 3 bedrooms depending on the unit. There is a shared patio area with multiple gas grills, off street parking, large laundry room with multiple washers/dryers and a game room. If your team is looking to stay together yet still would like their own private spaces, this is the location for you! Units are also available for rental separately, but due to a cancellation, we have the entire property available. 3 miles to CASV, 18 miles to Dreams Park.

Team Elm "Team Elm" is a single rental of all the Elm Street Triple Play & Double Play Apartments.  They are all located in a spacious home that offers different private apartments from 1 to 3 bedrooms each, so the team can be together, but families can have their own private spaces.
