Join us for a Special Webinar hosted by Racker on Wednesday, May 20th, at 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Self-direction is New York State’s current self-determination program. Self-direction empowers people to design supports based on their unique strengths and needs so they can live the life they want. Individuals and families work together with a team to customize services such as Community Habilitation, Respite, and more. Racker is accepting new enrollments for Self-Direction, Fiscal Intermediary, and Broker Services.

The trio attended Delaware Opportunities’ Collab Connect day. This event brought providers and organizations across Delaware County to share resources with the community. It was a wonderful day of connection with old friends and new faces.
