Don’t get SMS/text message phished!🎣 will never text you, and we DEFINITELY will never ask you for your password or multi-factor authentication codes. If anyone is texting with you pretending to be ITServices, BLOCK AND REPORT THE PHONE NUMBER TO YOUR CELL PHONE CARRIER!

SLOW DOWN, read the message carefully, and ask yourself:
🤔Is there URGENCY?
🤔THREATS of deletion?
🤔Is the message UNSOLICITED?
🤔Odd spelling, grammar, phrasing, graphics, or links?
🤔Job offer sound too good to be true? Did it come from Career Planning & Networking, or a random .edu address?

If you said YES to one or more of the above, there is a good change you are looking at a phishing attempt!

🎣🐈 Stay cool, cats, and don’t get phished! If you get emails trying to get you to act urgently, SLOW DOWN, look for other suspicious content like weird links to forms asking for sensitive information, and report these emails in your Outlook client as Phishing!
